CitiStreet Names Three Regional Sales Directors

CitiStreet has hired three new regional sales directors to oversee sales to broker/dealers in California, the Pacific Northwest and the Southwest.

Brian Montanez has been appointed new regional sales director for CitiStreet's Northern California region. Before joining CitiStreet, Montanez was the regional vice president of business development for Invesmart.

Wendy Fuller, the new regional sales director for the Pacific Northwest region, joins CitiStreet from ING, where she oversaw pension sales to the state of Oregon.

Bob Voeste, the new regional sales director for Southern California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona, was previously marketing director for the West Coast at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has also held positions with Bank of America, Transamerica and Smith Barney Plan Services.

"We are pleased to welcome these experienced sales professionals to CitiStreet," said Pat Bello, executive vice president. "Wendy, Brian and Bob will strengthen our sales efforts in key and growing markets."

Stasik Accepts New Role At Mellon Financial Corp.

Mellon Financial Corp. has named Robert W. Stasik head of the company's payment solutions and investor services unit. He has been with the firm for 17 years, most recently as an executive vice president in charge of Mellon Global Cash Management (GCM). He joined the firm as an analyst in the research and development division of the operating department.

"Bob has demonstrated his ability to improve operations and grow his business within existing markets, as well as to expand Mellon GCM's reach into new areas of product and services innovation," said Martin G. McGuinn, Mellon chairman and CEO. "He has worked effectively to consistently retain and win business by meeting or exceeding our customers' expectations. He also has a deep and broad experience in working with clients to achieve results."

Replacing Stasik as head of Mellon GCM, is Gregory J. Cicero, who was the director of product management. "Greg has a wealth of knowledge in managing both products and operational support, and possesses excellent customer relations skills that combine to make him an ideal choice for this position," Stasik said.

Bennet to Lead Risk Unit At PricewaterhouseCoopers

Richard L. Bennet, Jr. has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers' insurance risk management solutions practice as a director. "Richard has more than 17 years of extensive insurance industry experience addressing the insurance and risk management needs of Fortune 1000 corporations," said Cathy McKeon partner in charge of insurance risk management in the U.S. "He will be a valuable addition to our team approach to providing transaction-related solutions and services to our clients in a wide range of industries."

Bennet has worked at three of the top global insurance brokerage firms, most recently as a senior vice president, advising global clients on the management of all aspects of the cost of mitigating, transferring, retaining or avoiding risk.

Mora to Lead Union Bank's New Wealth Mgmt. Unit

Union Bank of California has launched a new wealth management unit and has hired Edward Mora to oversee it. Mora, who joins Union Bank as vice president and director, has more than 12 years of wealth management experience, most recently as a vice president at HighMark Capital.

Reporting to Mora now are Mary Thomas senior wealth strategist, and Min Yoo, private wealth planner.
