SEC Selects Greenberg for Philadelphia District Post

The Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed Elaine C. Greenberg associate district administrator for enforcement in its Philadelphia district office, overseeing the Mid-Atlantic region. She succeeds Daniel M. Hawke, who was promoted to district administrator of the office last April.

Greenberg joined the SEC in 1987 as an enforcement staff attorney and subsequently served as the branch chief of the Philadelphia office until January 2001, when she became an assistant district administrator for that office's enforcement program.
