Anderson to Replace Retiring Integrity CEO

Robert Walstad, founder, CEO and chairman of Integrity Mutual Funds, has retired from the firm but will continue to serve as a director on the funds' board. Replacing him is Mark R. Anderson, formerly president and chief operating officer, with the titles of director and chief executive officer. Anderson first worked for Integrity between 1995 and 1999 in a variety of executive positions and then left to become a personal trust officer at Wells Fargo Bank. He then rejoined the company in 2003.

"After 20 years in business, the company is running better than ever," Walstad said. "This is an exciting time for Integrity Mutual Funds. We have great people in place, great products and strong fund performance. I am confident the company is in good hands."

Pioneer Names Anderholm Chief Compliance Officer

Teri W. Anderholm has joined Pioneer Investments as chief compliance officer, reporting to Dorothy Bourassa, senior vice president and general counsel.

"We're excited to have Teri lead our compliance team," Bourassa said. "Teri is a highly respected and knowledgeable leader with extensive expertise in mutual fund regulatory and compliance matters and a tremendous asset to Pioneer Investments."

With more than 20 years of experience, Anderholm previously was vice president and compliance officer at MFS Investment Management. Before that, she was an independent compliance consultant between 1998 and 2005.

From 1989 to 1997, she worked at Fidelity Investments in a number of positions, including as director of risk evaluation and analysis, and director of compliance and state compliance officer.

Anderholm began her career as a securities trader for StockCross in 1982, later being promoted to the firm's compliance director.

Kugler in New Sales Post At Evergreen Realty Group

Evergreen Realty Group has hired William E. Kugler for a new position as national sales manager, in charge of selling the firm's real estate investment trust.

He comes to the firm from Wells Real Estate Funds, where he was a vice president. Before that, he held positions as vice president of marketing and national accounts manager for SunAmerica Securities, Dreyfus Mutual Funds and Federated Investors.

Owen Rejoins Touchstone To Lead Institutional Sales

Stephen Owen has returned to Touchstone Investments as vice president, institutional business development for the West Coast. He was first with the firm between 2002 and 2004 as a wholesaler. Most recently, he was an investment analyst with Freedom One Financial Group.

"Our strategic focus of serving the institutional market necessitated adding another member to our business development team," said Jim Grifo, Touchstone president. "Steve's impressive track record and experience as a sales and research professional in the financial services industry made him a clear choice for this position. We are pleased to welcome him back to Touchstone."
