Executive Moves - Bridgeway Capital Names Mulcahy, Rome as Partners

Bridgeway Capital Management has hired Mike Mulcahy as a partner and director and Michael E. Rome as a partner.

Mulcahy is responsible for managing strategy and growth for Bridgeway and was also elected to the Bridgeway Capital Management board of directors. Rome is responsible for managing business development and marketing strategies.

Before joining Bridgeway, Mulcahy was vice president for enterprise strategy and marketing for Hewlett-Packard. He has also worked for Artios and McKinsey & Co.

Prior to joining Bridgeway, Rome was senior vice president of institutional marketing at AIM Management Co., where he customized marketing plans for institutional customers and developed products. He has more than 20 years of investment management experience.

With assets under management of approximately $700 million, Bridgeway Capital Management manages three small-cap mutual funds, two aggressive-style portfolios and three other funds. The firm emphasizes expense ratios with performance-based fees on the three actively managed portfolios. In addition, the firm donates 50% of its profits to charity.
