Edgar Online, provider of business information specializing in the distribution of information about public companies from SEC filings, said it has added Benjamin A. Burditt and Richard L. Feinstein to its board of directors.
Burditt is the co-founder and senior vice president of Scripps Ventures. At Scripps, Burditt oversees a venture fund with $90 million invested in more than 30 early-stage companies. Feinstein is a management and financial consultant and the former financial chief of The Major Automotive Cos. Feinstein will also serve as chairman of the company's audit committee.
