Jefferson Pilot Financial has hired Carol Rando as vice president of marketing and distribution operations. Rando most recently comes from Travelers Life & Annuity, where she had been operating chief of life distribution.
Rando is now responsible for the financial aspects of sales and marketing at Jefferson Pilot and will also work with updating distribution technology.
"Carol will help us achieve our goals and move to the next level of our Premier Partnering strategy for attracting and retaining producers with excellent benefits and customized services. She' a fantastic go-to' person with top credentials in the industry," said Warren May, executive vice president of marketing and distribution.
