O'Grady Joins MassMutual As Senior Vice President
Bill O'Grady has joined MassMutual as senior vice president of distribution, a new position in which he will oversee the distribution of all of MassMutual's products and services by the company's national sales team. He comes to the company from Pioneer Investments, where he led distribution and sales. He previously headed the advisor business unit at Fidelity Investments.
MassMutual recently restructured its sales units to be territory based and build continuity between sales representatives, advisers, third-party administrators and plan sponsors, so that each salesperson can offer MassMutual's full spectrum of retirement products and services.

BISYS Names Yelicanin SVP, Product Development
BISYS has hired Paul Yelicanin as senior vice president, product development, a position in which he is charged with helping BISYS continue to offer new products and services at a time of heightened regulatory mandates.
Yelicanin, who has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, joins BISYS from PFPC, where he worked for nine years, most recently as vice president and managing director of investor services. Before that, he was director of development and business analysis at Delaware Investments.

Lincoln Financial Recruits Swanson to Head Sales
Paul M. Swanson has joined Lincoln Financial as head of sales, intermediary channel, in the employer markets division. He reports to Don Roberson, head of distribution for the division.
Swanson previously was senior vice president, sales and marketing at Wealth Management Systems. Before that, he was senior vice president, national sales, at Prudential Retirement and senior vice president, national sales director at CitiStreet.
CitiStreet Taps Roberts To Head Call Centers
Eric Roberts, who has headed call centers for the past eight years at Citigroup, has joined the company's subsidiary CitiStreet to run their call centers.
"Eric brings a long track record of success to this critical area of our business, and we are pleased to have him aboard," said Jim Murphy, CitiStreet president.
Integrated Investment Names Rutowski COO
Integrated Investment Services has promoted Jeffrey G. Rutowski to senior vice president and chief operating officer. Integrated Investment provides fund administration, fund accounting, transfer agency and distribution services. In his new role, Rutowski will be responsible for the administration, regulatory and compliance division and continue as the business manager of the transfer agency and shareholder servicing unit.
