Fidelity Investments has added several new enhancements to its website for financial advisers, including an interactive "Click to Talk" feature that will have a representative call your phone within seconds.

“Our goal is to continue to enhance our site as a business and communications platform, yet recognize that as the world becomes more mobile and people communicate in new ways, we are listening to advisers and delivering what they need, when they need it,” said Doug McLucas, vice president of Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Company.

When using the "Click to Talk" feature, advisors visiting the site simply have to type in their number to have a Fidelity rep call them to explain a specific product, insight or sales idea.

Fidelity is also adding a subscription feature that automatically e-mails advisors updated investment literature, commentary, sales ideas, fund fact sheets and prospectuses.

“Advisers have asked for an easy way to keep up-to-date on our more than 7,000 pages of content,” McLucas said. “The ‘subscriptions’ feature makes it easy for our clients to gain business-building insights and also ensure that they are always using the latest, compliant materials.”

The new features are also available on mobile devices including the BlackBerry, iPhone and Android.
