T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Fund respectively. The Mairs and Power Balanced Fund followed, with 15- and 20-year returns of 11.15% percent and 10.64%, respectively. Vanguard Wellington clocked in at 11.06% and 10.71% for 15 and 20 years, respectively. Value Line Income and Growth Fund returned 10.75% and 10.04%, annualized, over the 15- and 20-year periods.
