First Republic Bank this week named Dale Smith as the new managing director of the private bank and wealth management firm's San Diego office.
In this new role, Smith will serve individuals, families, businesses and foundations and provide banking, investment management, trust, brokerage and real estate lending services.
"Dale Smith is an accomplished banker with extensive experience helping clients finance real estate transactions," Katherine August-deWilde, First Republic's president and COO, said in a statement. "Dale is part of our growing team of bankers and wealth management professionals in San Diego who are committed to providing exceptional service to every client."
Before joining First Republic, Smith worked for Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Bank, most recently as vice president and branch manager in San Diego.
Founded in 1985, First Republic provides private banking, private business banking and private wealth management services.
