The self-guided, self-study quiz aims to test planners' general knowledge of financial planning and is based on information in FP's recent reporting.

The July edition incorporates these six articles:

Those who review this cohort of articles will learn about topics including retirement plans for small businesses, tax planning strategy for NIL income, federal student loan repayment plans and more.

Advisors who correctly answer at least eight out of 10 questions may be eligible to receive an hour of CE credit from certain institutions toward the renewal of specific professional designations. The Investments & Wealth Institute accepts the credit toward renewing its certified investment management analyst (CIMA), retirement wealth advisor (RWA) or certified private wealth advisor (CPWA) designations, and the CFP Board accepts the credit toward renewing its certified financial planner mark.

Each month, Financial Planning publishes an original CE quiz; subscribers can earn up to 12 hours of credit toward certification annually. To earn more CE credit, visit FP's quiz archive.
