Gabelli Chief Financial Officer to Leave in July

Gabelli Asset Management announced that its chief financial officer will be leaving the firm to pursue outside business interests, the Associated Press reports. Robert Zuccaro, who was hired in 1998 as a controller and quickly promoted to CFO, has announced his departure next month.

Mario J. Gabelli, chairman and CEO of Gabelli Asset Management, stated his affinity for Zucaro in an interview with the AP stating, "He has contributed significantly to the growth and stature of our firm."

Gabelli Asset Management provides investment advice and brokerage services to a range of mutual fund, institutional and high-net-worth investors. Currently, the firm manages $22 billion in assets.
