Radu Pasovschi had been the companys first COO. He joined GoldK in January of 2000, shortly after the company was founded in 1999, said spokesman Bill Benintende. Pasovschi will be replaced in the interim by chairman and CEO Brian Boyle.
Benintende said the firm is "not in a rush" to replace Pasovschi, but hopes to fill the position "relatively quickly."
