Great-West Retirement Services has appointed Harriet Jacobs regional sales director for its Government Markets business. Jacobs is based in Los Angeles and reports to Brent Neese, vice president of Government Markets.
Before joining Great-West, Jacobs spent 17 years with the State Street/CitiStreet/ING companies, most recently as vice president, institutional business development for tax exempt markets
