Aquila Distributors, the sales and distribution affiliate of Aquila Management Corporation, has named Jerry G. McGrew president. McGrew replaces William Wallace, who left the firm. In addition, Robert W. Anderson has joined Aquila Distributors as a senior vice president and compliance officer.
Templeton Franklin Investment Services has appointed Robert Hays as vice president of institutional sales and marketing. He will sell Franklin Templeton funds to 401(k) retirement plans. Before joining the firm, he was a management consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton.
PFPC of Wilmington, Delaware, which provides fund accounting administration, transfer agency, custody and other services to mutual funds, has hired Timothy Donmoyer as vice president of new business development. He previously worked for Fleet Financial Group as a vice president and sales/marketing manager of the corporate trust and shareholder services group.
