Liberty Funds Distributor has announced a number of personnel changes. Paul Nickodemus was promoted to vice president and regional sales director for the territories of northern Illinois, northern Indiana and Wisconsin. He previously served in an outside sales position. Linc DuPree was named vice president and regional sales director. He will call on broker/dealers in Georgia and western Florida. DuPree comes to Liberty from Salomon Brothers Asset Management where he was a regional sales director and marketing manager. Peter Sinatra was hired as vice president, investment product marketing, to work with fee-based advisors and mutual fund wrap programs. Sinatra was previously with Fidelity Investments as a bond fund product manager.

TradeStreet Investment Associates, a Charlotte, N.C.-based investment adviser has expanded its sales team. The Eastern sales region now includes Mark Coltrin, Dave Jenkin and Tina Brownlie. The central sales region consists of Joe Shelly and Bob Swanson. The western sales team consists of Bruce Lloyd, Kathleen Murphy, Paul Ramirez, Doug McRae and Earl Parker. All will report to Scott Boswell, business development executive.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, a Philadelphia-based law firm that handles mutual fund cases, recently named Bibb Lamar Strench as the head of its new Washington, D.C. office. Strench had previously worked at McGuire Woods Battle & Boothe of Washington, DC.

Princeton Financial Systems has named Lorne Whitmore managing director of the company's Asian/Pacific operations center. He previously was managing director of Princeton Financial's Canadian operations.

A.G. Edwards announced that Raymond Worseck, chief economist and chairman of the firm's investment strategy committee, will retire as of March 1, 1999. Two of the firm's top analysts will move up to take over his duties. Gary Thayer, the firm's senior economist, will be promoted to chief economist. Mark Keller, vice chairman of the investment strategy committee, will assume the role of chairman.
