Christine Wiley has been named vice president of benefits and administration at Colonial Management Associates of Boston. Wiley was previously an assistant vice president of benefits and administration.
Colonial has also promoted three senior managers in its Liberty Funds Services subsidiary to senior vice presidents. Christine Balzano, now senior vice president of processing services, was previously vice president of processing services. Cynthia Jones, senior vice president of administration and support services, was previously vice president of administration and support. And Stephen Welsh is now senior vice president of transfer agency financial and systems services, and controller. Welsh was previously vice president, transfer agency controller.
