Ron Krisko has joined Envision Financial Systems of Tustin, Calif., as vice president of sales and marketing, based in the company's Valley Forge, Pa., office. Envision provides mutual fund transfer agent and shareholder accounting software.
John Hancock Funds of Boston has named Doug Baran, vice president for institutional sales and client servicing. Baran will report to James Bowhers, president of John Hancock Funds. Baran joined John Hancock from United Asset Management Investment Services of Boston.
Stephen DiMaio and Marla McDougall have joined New England Funds of Boston as vice presidents and directors of key accounts. DiMaio will be responsible for building relationships with national wirehouses, regional broker/dealer home offices and insurance and independent firms. McDougall will be responsible for building relationships with affiliated broker/dealers, New England Financial and MetLife Securities. DiMaio was previously vice president and senior key account manager at Liberty Funds Distributor of Boston. McDougall was previously key account manager for insurance products at John Hancock Funds of Boston.
