Hugh Kelly, previously a vice president and national sales director to the investment advisor market at Nvest, L.P. of Boston, has been promoted to senior vice president, in charge of a newly formed division that Nvest has formed to sell to the mutual fund wrap market. Nvest formed the new division, a wholly owned subsidiary called Nvest Managed Account Services Co., last week. The company was part of Nvest Advisor Services, another subsidiary of Nvest.

Touchstone of Cincinnati, Ohio has hired two new regional vice presidents in an effort to expand its marketing presence. Tara Schoenly will be in charge of sales in Florida and Puerto Rico. She joins the firm from Pacific Life Insurance Co. of Newport Beach, Calif. Christopher Fullerton joins Touchstone from Delaware Investments of Philadelphia, where he was a regional sales representative in the planners and insurance division. He will oversee the states of Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Touchstone offers both mutual funds and variable annuities to the retail and institutional markets.
