Wade has been elected to the board of T. Rowe Price Associates of Baltimore. He is vice chairman and chief executive officer of Rowe Price-Fleming International, a joint venture between T. Rowe Price and Jardine Fleming Ltd. of Hong Kong.
T. Rowe Price also promoted John Commack to managing director, in charge of third-party distribution of T. Rowe Price funds through all financial intermediaries, including broker/dealers, financial advisors, banks, insurance companies and clearing firms. Commack has been with the firm since 1991.
Nancy Morris has joined T. Rowe Price as managing director and associate legal counsel. She was previously deputy chief counsel in the division of investment management at the SEC.
Joseph Sprague has joined AIM Distributors of Houston, Texas, as first vice president and director of key accounts for financial institutions. Sprague was previously national sales manager in charge of pension plan accounts at Nationwide Financial of Columbus, Ohio.
