John Carter has been promoted to executive vice president of national sales for Prudential Investments of Newark, N.Y. In the position, he will oversee the distribution of mutual funds, variable annuities, and managed accounts. Carter had been senior vice president and director of sales for Prudential Securities Financial Advisors.

Integrated Fund Services of Cincinnati has named four new mutual fund executives to it its management team. Todd Heim will be director of cash control in transfer agent services. Heim was previously associate director of cash control at BISYS Fund Services of Little Falls, N.J. Brenda Bitterman has been named director of project and conversion management. Bitterman came to Integrated from Nationwide Funds of Columbus, Ohio. Jessica Skidmore has been named director of management, quality and reporting. Skidmore was previously senior report developer with BISYS. Also, Jeff Carter has joined Integrated as director of broker/dealer support. Most recently, Carter was manager of fund control with Gradison-McDonald Asset Management of Cincinnati.
