INVESCO Retirement, INVESCO's Atlanta-based defined contribution division, has apppointed Jay Wilkinson senior VP and director of alliance sales effective immediately.
Wilkinson fills a vacancy created last December when Tony Cox was named director of financial services for INVESCO Institutional. Wilkinson joined INVESCO Retirement in September 1997 and was hired to develop the company's business strategy in the 457, 403(b) and 401(a) channels.
Prior to that, Wilkinson was the president of Public Employees Benefit Services Corp., a defined contribution administrative and marketing subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance Co.
As of the end of last year, INVESCO Retirement had approximately $34.6 billion in assets under administration, according to the firm.
