Investors Financial Makes Key Executive Changes

Michael Rogers has been promoted from Executive VP to President of Investors Financial Services, the company announced today.

The former Bank of New England executive has been with Investors Financial since 1990 when Investors acquired the bank's financial products and services unit.

In addition, the company announced today that John Spinney, currently a partner at KPMG, has been appointed senior VP and assistant CFO at Investors. He replaces Karen Keenan, who will retire in January.

Investors Financial is a provider of financial services to asset managers and mutual fund complexes. It is the parent company of Investors Bank and Trust, an accounting and global custody shop.
