Jodka Becomes Schroders' US National Sales Manager

Schroders has hired David Jodka as national sales manager of U.S. intermediary distribution, overseeing a team of 11 sales professionals, seven of whom are external wholesalers. Jodka reports to Carter Sims, head of U.S. intermediary distribution.

A 20-year veteran of the investment industry, Jodka joins Schroders from Wells Fargo/Evergreen Investment, where he was vice president and divisional sales manager in the funds management group. There, he oversaw the team serving the wirehouse, independent/regional and registered investment advisors in the East Coast and Central regions. Before Wells Fargo, Jodka spent 14 years at MFS Fund Distributors, his last role being regional vice president in the broker-dealer channel.

"The addition of David in this new role reflects our continued success and growth in the U.S. market over the last five years," Sims said. "We are committed to providing the U.S. intermediary market with the highest level of service, as they have come to expect from Schroders. We welcome David as a proven leader to continue to grow an already strong distribution team. He will help our team build on our current adviser relationships in the U.S. and will help drive the team's future business strategy."
