JP Morgan Chase & Co. has named Viswas Raghavan its new global head of equity capital markets. At the same time, Andy O’Brien and Jim Casey become co-heads of global debt capital markets.

The moves follow Therese Esperdy’s move to become co-head of investment banking in Asia.

Separately, Edward J. Joyce decided to step down as president of CBOE Holdings, due to health. Plus, moves that mattered at NICSA, IOSCO and elsewhere in the week ending November 4.
