Hugh M. Kelly has joined Harbor Capital Advisors, advisor to Harbor Fund's family of mutual funds and pension plans, as EVP, sales and marketing. Kelly's responsibilities will include the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs for Harbor Fund, which recently introduced new share classes to reach additional market populations. Previously, Kelly served as SVP of CDC IXIS Asset Management Intermediary Services.
