Luddington Leads Warburg Capital Debt Markets

In an attempt to strengthen its emerging markets business, UBS Warburg has appointed Richard Luddington, previously with JP Morgan, as head of debt capital markets for Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, where he will manage the bank's debt capital markets business in these emerging markets. Luddington spent a dozen years at JP Morgan in various capital markets posts, including global head of emerging markets syndicate and, more recently, head of debt capital markets for Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
