The Fund Operations Awards recognize people in the back office or at a fund service provider who make a critical difference to the asset management industry. Our panel of industry judges will select notable individuals, teams or fund service companies who have excelled in three categories:
- Visionary Leadership, honoring a back-office executive or service provider for his or her visionary contribution to the profession through excellence at their firm.
- Innovation in Customer Service, honoring distinction in the use of cutting-edge technologies to improve relations with sales intermediaries and/or the end investor.
- Back Office Efficiencies/Streamlining, recognizing a back-office team or firm that has used technology and organizational restructuring to improve their firm’s bottom line and service.
