Capital Fulfillment Group has announced the hiring of Michael E. Mullowney, Jr. as director of sales. Formerly, Mullowney was a managing director for Wachovia Securities, during which he was a member of the chairman's platinum council and named to the chairman's advisory council. Prior to Wachovia, he was a VP at Legg, Mason, Wood, Walker, where he was a member of the president's council.
In addition, Mullowney also held previous positions at Smith Barney and Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner, Smith.
