Nationwide Retirement Solutions and Morningstar have teamed up to provide retirement investing advice online to plan participants in Nationwide plans, the companies said today.

Beginning this summer, the 8,200 public sector plan sponsors with 1.5 million participants will have access to Morningstar ClearFuture’s personalized guidance tool with enhanced education materials and customer service support by Nationwide. The ClearFuture online tool, which involves a 20-minute registration process, asks investors for detailed financial information, including outside assets and offers individualized asset allocation advice.

After the initial launch of ClearFuture this summer, Nationwide and Morningstar plan to add other advice features to the platform, the companies said.
