Continues to Expand High-Net-Worth Services
Neuberger Berman has hired two new executives and an analyst for the Wealth Management Group of Neuberger Berman's Trust Companies. Ralph Sinsheimer has joined as SVP and Stephen Wells has assumed the newly created position of COO. Both have most recently served as managing director at OFFITBANK.
'Stephen Wells and Ralph Sinsheimer have solid experience and stellar
reputations in the wealth management arena,' said Heidi Schneider, EVP and head of the Private Asset Management Group at Neuberger Berman, adding that their addition to the company is part of an effort to target 'the upper echelon of high-net-worth clients.'
Sinsheimer had been director of marketing and philanthropy management at OFFITBANK, where he helped develop the firm's non-proprietary alternative investment products. Previously, he served as VP at Loomis, Sayles & Co. and chief marketing officer for the firm's fund family.
At OFFITBANK, Wells handled legal and compliance issues for the bank and its mutual funds. He also oversaw fiduciary investment advisory, trust administration, and insurance products. Wells has also worked at Morgan Stanley Asset Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Gabelli & Co.
