Neuberger Berman announced last week that it has named Albert Bellas CEO and Stephen Wells president of Neuberger Berman Trust Company and Neuberger Berman Trust Company of Delaware. The trust companies offer wealth management services to high-net-worth investors, employee benefit plans, family offices, foundations and charities.
Bellas joined Neuberger Berman in January as chairman of the board of both trust companies. He will retain those titles. Previously, Bellas was managing director at OFFITBANK. Prior to that, he served as senior executive VP, board member, and director of the public finance division at Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Wells came to Neuberger Berman in July, also from OFFITBANK, where he was a managing director for seven years.
