GoldK, an online retirement plan provider and mutual fund distributor of Waltham, Mass., announced today that three mutual funds from Oberweis Funds have been added to its Internet 401(k) lineup.

The Oberweis funds now being offered through GoldK include: Oberweis Micro-Cap Portfolio, Oberweis Mid-Cap Portfolio and Oberweis Emerging Growth Portfolio. Oberweis Asset Management, the funds’ investment manager, specializes in small-cap investing.

Currently GoldK has 250 mutual funds from 20 fund families available to retirement investors. Additional funds and securities are available through a self-directed brokerage option, if elected by the plan sponsor, a company representative said.

GoldK has approximated $900 million in assets under management and services 32,000 401(k) participants. Oberweis Asset Management has approximately $250 million in assets under management.
