O'Rourke Joins SEI as MD Of Dublin Support Services

SEI Investments has hired Barry O'Rourke as managing director of its Dublin-based fund accounting, fund administration and shareholder services business.

Prior to joining SEI, O'Rourke was the director and head of alternative fund administration for HSBC, where he was responsible for setting up the alternative investments division in Dublin. Prior to joining HSBC, he was employed at the Bank of Bermuda, based in Luxembourg.

Touchstone Investments Hires Three Wholesalers

Touchstone Investments has announced that Jason R Fohr, Jason D. Dills and Thomas H. Benton have joined the company as external wholesalers.

Fohr will cover the southern U.S., including Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Louisiana. Dills will be covering New Jersey and the eastern part of Pennsylvania. Benton will take care of southern California, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah.

Prior to his hire, Fohr was a financial business consultant for Allstate Financial Services. He worked with clients to identify needs for investments, insurance and other financial products. Before that he was regional vice president at USAllianz.

Dills comes to Touchstone from Federated Investors, where he was also a wholesaler and covered Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico. Before that, he was a sales assistant at Morgan Stanley.

Prior to his hire, Benton worked at State Street Research & Management/BlackRock Investments, where he was a regional wholesaler and a vice president. Prior to that, he was a regional sales specialist at Pioneer Investments.

Bear Stearns Securities Recruits Nicholas Burnham

Bear Stearns Securities has hired Nicholas Burnham in the London office of its global securities lending and prime brokerage group as a senior managing director, responsible for developing relationships with global hedge fund clients.

Prior to his hire, Burnham was manager of the portfolio finance team at Citadel Investment Group. Before that, he was a key member of the equity finance groups of both Natwest and Bankers Trust.

"Nick adds a new dimension to our client service offering, which will enable us to continue the growth of our equity financing capabilities," said Pat Cestaro III, senior managing director and head of global securities lending. "His experience and knowledge will complement the efforts of our global securities lending team led by Managing Directors Marie Connors and John Jones.
