The Principal has launched the Dreamcatcher mobile application for iPhones, a companion to the Dreamcatcher web tool. This is part of Principal’s “Dream Again with The Principal” financial educational campaign aimed at helping people envision their financial goals and putting them into clear focus.

The app lets people, whether they are a Principal customer or not, capture photos and ideas that represent their financial dreams. They can even e-mail their Dreamcatcher reports to a financial adviser or share it on Facebook and Twitter.

“In especially volatile and difficult financial times, people want help and encouragement,” said Mary O’Keefe, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of The Principal. “Dreams are easier to reach if you can see them clearly first. That’s where the Dreamcatcher comes in. It’s an easy way to visualize the life you want someday—in pictures—and helps you organize and prioritize so you can start making financial plans.”
