Prudential Website Puts Focus on Guaranteed Income

Prudential Retirement has launched a website dedicated to assisting plan sponsors and advisers help Americans put aside the money they’ll need for retirement and guarantee a sustainable source of income throughout its duration.

The site, www.incomechallenges.com, provides plan consultants, advisors, and sponsors multi-media content across a broad range of retirement income related research topics and thought leadership perspectives.

Company officials said the site also offers a closer look at Prudential’s approach to helping the growing number of retirement plan participants who seek guaranteed income.

“We know that many Americans are struggling with substantial retirement income challenges today,” said Srinivas Reddy, CFA and senior vice president, institutional income at Prudential Retirement. “We believe that people, most notably Baby Boomers, recognize they must shoulder more personal responsibility to finance longer and more expensive retirements.”

“The goal of our website is to help the intermediary community view Prudential’s income solutions as a way to help individuals take charge and address their personal challenges,” Reddy added.

Kara Segreto, Prudential Retirement’s chief marketing officer, said the new website is the latest in a series of digital tools the company has introduced in the past year to assist plan consultants, advisors and plan sponsors in understanding Prudential Retirement full suite of retirement income solutions and “how they can add value to a company’s retirement plan.”

Prudential Retirement serves more than 3.6 million participants and annuitants and holds more than $220 billion in retirement account assets.
