Regions Wealth Management names change agent to key role

A support manager for the private wealth management unit of Regions Bank was promoted to an important role motivating the bank's wealth management groups to work together.

Jeremy King will oversee the development and implementation of business strategies across Regions Wealth Management, which includes Regions Private Wealth Management, Regions Institutional Services, Regions Investment Services and Regions Insurance.

As executive vice president, Wealth Management Strategy and Effectiveness, King will also lead a team of professionals involved in strategy, professional development, business and client insights, marketing and communications, and performance management, the bank said in an announcement on Thursday.

King succeeds Kate Randall Danella, who was named head of Regions Private Wealth Management in May.

King joined Regions in July 2007 as managing vice president in the management consulting and business project management group, according to his LinkedIn profile. Prior to that, he was with BearingPoint.

King gained his experience delivering large transformational engagements within the financial services, manufacturing, government and automotive industries, Regions said.
