Restructuring Leads to Six Promotions at AIM

AIM Fund Services, the transfer agent unit of Aim Management Group, has promoted three executives to senior VP positions and three more to the position of VP, the company announced last week.

Kim McAuliffe, who oversees shareholder operations and has been with the firm since 1988, Ira Cohen, who is the firm's senior officer in dealer services and joined the company in 1992 and Joe Charpentier, who has been with AIM since 1994 and serves as senior officer in the operations development division, were all appointed senior VPs.

Patrick Richoux, Rob Thompson and Helen Duskin have been appointed to vp president posts.

Spokesman David Bachert said the promotions are the result of a recent restructuring in which the unit was split into three divisions: shareholder operations, dealer services and systems and operations. The three new senior VPs will oversee those divisions.
