Before joining EP Wealth Advisors, a fee-based financial planning and investment management firm, Gross was director of wealth management for Pacific Wealth Advisors.
He also chaired the Investment Policy Committee for the former Financial Management Advisors, a Los Angeles-based money management firm that had been acquired in 2008 by First Western Investment Management. Gross began his financial advisory career at Morgan Stanley, then eventually co-founded and acted as chief investment officer of Windward Capital Management Co., a wealth management firm in Los Angeles.
