Kissel-Blake, which has been involved in merger, acquisitions, restructuring and proxy contests with KKR/RJR Nabisco Inc., Philip Morris/Kraft, Philip Morris/General Foods and Bell Atlantic/NYNEX, will operate as a subsidiary of Shareholder Communications.
