Paul Roye, director of the division of investment management at the
Morris has joined the SEC in a two-year term as an attorney fellow working in Royes division. Morris, a former vice president and associate legal counsel in T. Rowe Prices domestic and international adviser units, has been tapped to bolster the SECs widening array of industry probes.
Roye called Morris mutual fund expertise an asset. "We are pleased that Nancy has joined the division. Her knowledge and experience in the investment adviser and mutual fund areas will be a valuable asset to us as we address the many challenging issues before the Commission in the investment management area."
