eBoardroom 2.0 is designed to simplify mutual fund board meetings by giving directors real-time access to data, including materials like annual reports, as well as reduce the amount of administrative man hours that must be put into meeting preparation.
"This automated board book assembly system," SEI's investment manager head Steve Meyer said, "will enhance mutual fund governance, which is a critical need for all trustees, as governance and compliance have taken center stage in light of recent industry developments."
