"AnnuityNet’s system will allow advisors and their clients to open annuity accounts, conduct transactions and sub-account switiching and rebalance accounts easily and automatically. Integration with Spectra’s Information Server, an enterprise-wide operational data store, will provide financial institutions with aggregation across all lines of business for a consolidated view of a client’s holdings, including annuities," the company said in a statement.
