Executive search firm Spencer Stuart has hired financial services recruiter Rick Lannamann away from Russell Reynolds, the company announced. Lannamann was formerly the managing director and co-head of the Russell Reynolds financial services business.
Lannamann was named a vice chairman and will help oversee Spencer Stuart's financial services practice, the company said. Lannamann joined Russell Reynolds in 1978.
The firm also hired Elizabeth Pierpont Engstrom, who has worked with Lannamann since she joined Russell Reynolds in 1992.
