Andrew Rudd has been elected to the board of directors at Stilwell Financial, parent company of investment management firms Janus Capital Management and Berger Financial Group. With the addition of Rudd, Stilwell's board expands to six members.
Rudd is chairman of the board of directors of Barra, an investment risk management systems firm. He co-founded Barra in 1975 and served as its president and CEO from 1984 to 1999.
From 1977 to 1982, Rudd was a professor of finance and operations research at Cornell University.
