Stocks Close Mostly Flat

The Dow Jones Industrial Average moved up 16.42 points to close at 13,194.10 Wednesday. The tech-heavy Nasdaq inched up 0.85 points to 3,040.73 while the S&P 500 lost 1.67 points to end at 1,394.28.
