TD Waterhouse Offers Asset Retention Tools

Offering more tools and devices to enhance adviser-client relationships seems to be the name of the game these days for financial services firms and product vendors.

In an effort to supply its 2,600-adviser force with more services to ensure client retention, TD Waterhouse Institutional Services unveiled several new services earlier this week.

Through TD Waterhouse’s online platform Veo, advisers now have access to:

  • Research and news from Goldman Sachs Prime Access highlighting stock ratings, the latest economic research and strategies, company overviews and valuation data;
  • Mortgages through a partnership with Nexstar Financial, offering advisers the ability to search for home mortgages for clients;
  • Family office administrative services through a partnership with Total Personal Services Administrative Group that provides secretarial, bookkeeping, bill recording and personal concierge services for clients;
  • Web site development assistance and discounts through AdvisorSites.

There are no added fees for TD Waterhouse advisers.
