Turner Investment Distributors will begin serving as sub-distributor for the C&B Portfolios,
Turner will primarily focus on marketing the funds to financial intermediaries, including advisers, brokers and 401(k) plan administrators, according to Cooke & Bieler.
"Turner has an outstanding team and the infrastructure and capabilities to market effectively to key intermediary audiences," said Kermit Eck, partner and portfolio manager with Cooke & Bieler. "By working with Turner, we can expand our mutual fund distribution while retaining our independence."
Cooke & Bieler launched the C&B Large Cap Value Portfolio in 1990. The other two funds, the C&B Tax-Managed Value Portfolio and the C&B Mid Cap Value Portfolio were launched in 1997 and 1998, respectively.
