U.S. Bank’s UHNW unit nabs managing director of client advisory from Laird Norton

U.S. Bank has named a former Laird Norton executive to a post serving ultrahigh-net-worth clients in Seattle.

Patti Dill joined the bank’s Ascent Private Capital Management unit as managing director of client advisory. She will advise wealthy individuals and families on tax and estate planning, investing, private banking, financial reporting and fiduciary services, the bank announced on Thursday.

While at Laird Norton Wealth Management, Dill served as managing director of sales, marketing and communications, a role she held for more than seven years, according to her LinkedIn profile. Prior to that, she was with the Seattle Foundation as vice president of gift giving.

“Patti has extensive experience helping those around her achieve their financial goals, and she’s accomplished at providing trusted advice, which is our commitment to our current and future clients,” Jan Hendrickson, regional managing director, said in a statement.

Ascent is part of U.S. Bank Wealth Management, which generated $187 million in third-quarter revenue, up 5% year-over-year, according to the bank’s latest earnings release.
