U.S. Wealth Management has announced that it has launched a new broker/dealer firm, which will be called U.S. Wealth Advisors. The move was an effort to better service their growing client base.

The new firm has recently registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers. The move to create a broker/dealer firm follows a long relationship between U.S. Wealth Management and AIG SunAmerica.

The new firm provides U.S. Wealth Management's clients with the opportunity to tap into an independent platform offering more control over the business process and seek to provide clients with access to a comprehensive range of products and services.

"As we launch U.S. Wealth Advisors, we will be introducing a number of new products and services that will help clients build their business. The financial service industry is changing rapidly. There is major consolidation occurring amongst the larger firms, and this move ensures that our firm's culture and values are a driving force of our success," said John Napolitano, president and CEO of U.S Wealth Management. "Our advisors look to us to bring the industry's best practices, tools and services to them for the benefit of their clients. Our new firm is positioned to become an industry leader amongst wealth management firms comprised of CPA firms, law firms, financial planners and insurance professionals."
